The Challenge

To utilise cost-effective and efficient site retaining walls of varying heights, that would blend into the surrounding landscape, and eliminate the requirement of on-site bricklayers and supply chain issues.

Our Solution

We liaised closely with the client and implemented a bespoke colour change to the retaining wall panels, to suit the colour and texture requirements provided by the client.

All retaining walls were produced using either Georoc; for walls above 1000mm or Geowall; for walls of a retained height of 1000mm and for confined spaces in between plots.

We manufactured all products locally at the Geocast factory and managed a high-turnaround of stock to cater for any site call-offs.

The Results

We successfully designed, manufactured and installed both GeoRoc and GeoWalls in the desired colour required by the client. We worked concurrently with sister companies Applebridge and ZTL and our in-house setting out engineers to provide a seamless project delivery, on time and in budget.

Scope of Work

Design, supply, and installation of Georoc in redwood textured finish.

Design and supply only of redwood Geowall panels.

The sloping site required retaining walls of various heights from 300mm up to 3000mm.
