At Retaining (UK) Ltd we are committed to supporting the training and development of all our employees. We are extremely proud to have two exceptionally talented trainees on our team; Robbie Ayton, our in-house draughtsman, and Casey Kelly, our trainee QS. Both of whom have taken on new roles within the business and relish the additional responsibility.

Today marks Robbie’s two-year anniversary with the Company, and during this time he has made incredible progress.

Casey has been with Retaining UK for just over a year, and during this time he has shown huge personal growth as he continues to develop his skills.

Both Robbie and Casey are currently studying on day release to gain professional qualifications in their respective fields. Robbie is working towards completing his degree and becoming a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, while Casey is due to finish his HNC in Construction Management this summer, and hopes to progress on to a degree soon after.

We’re incredibly proud of both Robbie and Casey and can’t wait to continue supporting them as they grow in their careers 🙌
