It was an opportunity to remind ourselves just how important health and safety is, while also spending time together as a team. The day brought everyone together — factory staff, site teams, and office staff — reinforcing that safety is everyone’s responsibility.
The day included team-building activities, quizzes, and practical hazard-spotting assessments. We were also delighted to welcome Red Sky Foundation ❤️, who delivered excellent training on the use of defibrillators – a really valuable and informative session for the team.
With plenty of engagement throughout the day, it was a positive, worthwhile and fun way to start the year. A big thank you to everyone involved for making it such a success.
